Glenn is coming in March
- FACT: Our current national debt will require a yearly payment the size of the stimulus bill just to pay off interest (no principal)
- FACT: An interest rate hike of only 1% would cost American tax payers more money than the annual budget for the departments of Education, Homeland Security and the Military combined.
This article features Glenn Beck. We are at a crossroads in our history which is difficult to describe. I don’t pretend to know the future, but I know enough to realize that maintaining the status quo is not an option. These are days that are trying our nation’s soul, and times when we must choose to fight or to say goodbye to the country we all grew up in.
This weekend, Glenn Beck introduced his plan. Calling our representatives hasn’t worked. We’ve got to do more.
Beck will hold conventions throughout the year to educate people in how to do community organizing and run for office. I believe America is waking up, and we are on the verge of a historic return to our founding principals. Glenn’s leadership is essential. As he said, we can’t wait on Washington, the people must start leading, which will require all hands, including yours, on deck.
There are two important dates to keep in mind: On March 27th, the first convention will be held at the UCF Arena in Orlando. Then on August 28th, a great rally will be held at the Lincoln Memoral in Washington, DC.
Join Our Community Oranizing
This is not a shameless plug for our Awaken! course. Glenn is going to be teaching us how to do conservative community organizing. This course is our way of following Glenn’s example and doing that very thing. There will be experienced organizers and new people who are just starting to get involved. You don’t have to give your life to this. You can be an activist with just 10 minutes a day, or 1 hour a week. We’ll show you how. You must do something. Our founders said vigilance is the price of liberty.
