It is long past due that we end the myth that the electorate of the Federal government is wise and caring, but the electorates of the States are stupid and cruel. Perhaps a Constitutional amendment, which states that the Constitution means what it says and must be obeyed, would shame the nation into learning about the pillar of our Republic. I would really prefer to review the course before investing. I am familiar with the works of Mr. David Barton, brilliant work. The 5000 year leap I’ve not read.

As an active retiree, I would like to volunteer? – sign-up? – join? – A (too)-long forgotten essential element in this (late) effort to awaken America.

American citizen concern regarding our nations course has long been called lazy, distracted, unconcerned: The truth is ‘only now’ being revealed.

American citizens had not been ‘unconcerned’! – The American populace had in fact been lulled to sleep or, “deliberately Dumbed-down”- if you prefer!

I can envision an army of American volunteers holding enlightenment courses,(many, retired and eager to contribute their time and experience- but can find no open doors, no tools and no organizations)… through which To educate in the story and the reason that America has not only survived, but or culture has thrived.

This is a great victory for Florida and her citizens. A big thank you to all that sponsored and co-sponsor the bill and those that voted it in. We need many more days like this. The Federal government needs to learn it’s place in society which is very little but has become very large. Time to STEP DOWN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

Booting the Iowa Supreme Court Justices was the shot heard ’round the judicial world. IIRC, the organizer for that effort was a Mr. Vander Plaats, a once gubernatorial candidate with an effective rolodex of conservative leaders.

While we fell short in our efforts to oust Labarga and Perry, I am confident we can get the word out in time to enough voters to remove Pariente, Lewis and Quince in 2012.

Keep up the good fight.

Why are we picking only Labarga and Perry, it was 5-2, who are the other three justices? I want to vote “NO” on retaining all 5 who threw out Amendment 9!
